Bertani & Gio’s is an intimate dining experience set at Gio’s, The St. Regis Venice, celebrating Bertani’s modern identity through a curated selection of four iconic vintages of
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico — 1967, 1975, 2005, and 2015 — each bearing witness to and interpreting the social and creative revolutions, as well as the defining historical moments that made each year unique.
A Dialogue Between Wine and Cuisine
For the occasion, Gio’s will create a bespoke gastronomic journey inspired by its culinary vision: local ingredients, Venetian character, and pronounced Puglian influences.
The experience is conceived as a narrative rather than a traditional pairing, with wines and cuisine evolving together.
