Bertani On & Gio’s is an intimate dining experience set at Gio’s, The St. Regis Venice, celebrating Bertani’s modern identity through a curated selection of four iconic vintages of Amarone della Valpolicella — 2005, 2015, 1967 and 1975 — each reflecting a distinct moment in the winery’s history.
A Dialogue Between Wine and Cuisine
For the occasion, Gio’s will create a bespoke gastronomic journey inspired by its culinary vision: local ingredients, Venetian character, and pronounced Puglian influences.
