Inspired by the spirit of connection that defines the Venetian Lagoon, this ten-hand dinner brings together five chefs in a unique celebration of collaboration, creativity and place.
Like the waterways linking Venice and its islands, each chef contributes a distinct voice to a shared culinary journey. From seasonal vegetables and lagoon cuttlefish to saffron, handmade filled pasta and local fish, every course offers a different interpretation of the territory.
For one evening, Chef Giuseppe Ricci joins Ascani, Amarante, Cannella and Sodano in a culinary exchange where individual signatures come together in perfect harmony.
More than a dinner, it is a tribute to the Venetian Lagoon: a place where encounters inspire creativity, and where many voices come together to tell one story through taste.
