27th May 2026
Inspired by the 2026 Biennale Arte theme, In Minor Keys,
this experience explores an intimate form of beauty rooted in listening, depth, and subtle nuance.
The evening unfolds like a score in balance. Our “minor notes” — castraura, seaweed, turnip, sponsali, seppioline and bell pepper — narrate the territory through a quiet, persistent harmony.
A four-hand dinner in partnership with Wisteria, the Michelin-starred restaurant in Venice, brings together Gio’s led by Chef Giuseppe Ricci and Chefs Marco Gregori and Nicolò Pometti in a shared culinary exchange.
